Hi, I’m Ryan. I started Pure Focus CX Partners because, after 20 years in the IT and telecommunications trenches, I noticed a recurring problem: too many high-stakes technology decisions are made based on a "good feeling" or a slick sales pitch rather than actual data. My background is in mission-critical infrastructure—the kind of environments where things simply have to work, 24/7. I’ve spent my career managing large-scale networks and complex systems, which has taught me that a great strategy is only as good as its execution. I don’t just look at the "cloud" as a concept; I look at how it’s going to impact your latency, your security, and your bottom line.
